I don't follow players on Twitter (except for Shakeel Rashad, who doesn't tweet often but is hilarious) but I came across this nugget recently from Nazair Jones:
"Running around wit this 300lbs today was the struggle"
The current roster has him listed at 280 lbs, which was also his supposed playing weight last year. Sounds like he has added about 20 lbs. for the upcoming season. Aaron Crawford is already 300+ lbs. Makes me wonder if we've got any other interior D lineman on the 300-lb. plan to meet Chizik's wish for space eaters inside. Tyler Powell? Jeremiah Clarke? Justin Thomason?
