At around the 11:20 mark in the 2nd quarter, FSU was on offense. They were called for a false start penalty (5 yards) on 3rd and 2. They lined back up on 3rd and 7. Cook had a big run, but it was called back for a block in the back (10 yards). However, when FSU lined back up it was still 3rd and 7 and the spot of the ball never changed. Did anyone else catch this? Did I miss something here?
