He's not wrong at all. These are my same thoughts as well. No coincidence once Capel comes they suddenly can't miss getting top recruits. Coach K before Capel came was team USA coach and regarded as one of, if not the best, coaches in the country. That hasn't changed but Capel coming did.

You've probably experienced this too, but if you mention Capel's name down here in HS/AAU circles you typically get some combination of rolled eyes, knowing smiles or shaking heads (as in "how does he still get away with it?").
No they just will not say what they have while they are investigating. Often times they border on entrapment by presenting situations or problems they know may result in you breaking rules and letting you hang yourself. They ate due to release their findings I think in March. There will be more schools and people implicated how hilarious if it was dook and uk. We already know Adidas and KU are caught word is nc sux is caught as well. Also they have Nikes records don't think Nike will get away with this. And if knight has his say between the two if it's Oregon or duke who has to lay on the sword it will be dook

Yeah short of the FBI showing up with a warrant saying sorry boys your privacy disclosure is out of the window give it all up nothing is gonna happen at dook I mean Lance Thomas all but flashed $30,000.00 in the NCAA'S face dook said nope nothing to see here and we have privacy rules so you have to believe us. So what happens when K slithers off into the sunset? Does Capel get the gig, leave if he doesn't, or stay in a similar capacity?
So K hasn't really landed anyone from up here since Capel's been around. He doesn't have the "relationships" with the AAU coaches.
Folks, cheating is real... Who the guilty get do not always give big return on investment...
