That’s fine tooI hope a meteor hits the arena!
Gotta get back and save his legacy and rescue the dookies. Will refuse to play the Heels though.K already considering coming out of retirement!
He is certainly a big body. All left hand but Duke hasn’t realized that yetThat big boy for state is Ballin!
They’re giving Scheyer hell over there.I’m banned from DI but I would love to see their excuse system kicking in. I’m sure it’s nowhere near as bad as Rupp Rafters where they are ready to hang Cal…
You would think but.......Are you giving Whitehead and Lively 10's of millions of dollars if you are an NBA GM?At least two of their true freshmen wi turn pro.
nah - his successor getting blasted by an unranked team only serves to build Rat's ego, legend...as in "nobody who follows me is in the same league as a coach as I was. I am entirely irreplaceable"K already considering coming out of retirement!
I hadn't ever considered that variable! K is the kind of guy that would actually enjoy the lack of continued success with the dookies. If it doesn't prosper, it helps to enrich his own legacy. The last thing he wants is for the attention to go away from his success.nah - his successor getting blasted by an unranked team only serves to build Rat's ego, legend...as in "nobody who follows me is in the same league as a coach as I was. Well (less than Roy at UNC) I am certain that K fervently wants Duke to continue to be successful and continue what he built.I hadn't ever considered that variable! I think Tony Bennett is a class act and a very good coach. Same with Jay Wright. Bill Self has probably been cheating as long as he's been coaching. That club at Baylor play like thugs and their coach teaches them to be that way.Well (less than Roy at UNC) I am certain that K fervently wants Duke to continue to be successful and continue what he built.
I just sense the is something subconscious in his brain and psyche that believes / confirms a sort of thought that “they had no idea what they were losing when i stepped away; I was / am greatest ever. Nobody will hold a candle to me”
Which isn’t really true. Maybe scheyer won’t succeed as a coach. Who knows? But there are plenty of coaches who - compared to K - are better at it and put more into it, and have achieved more, with less in terms of player talent especially the last 10-15 years. (Few, Jay Wright, Roy, Baylor HC (drew?), Bennett, Self, etc
