Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme?

The fact that this question is even asked is a disgrace to humanity. Just go ahead and bring on the rapture. Even God hates people who choose DD.
Can we add the "Raising Heel Caveat" where if we want glazed donuts, KK can't be beat, but for more alternatives, DD is king?

I agree with this too. I like their munchkins or whatever they're called. The little round donuts with no holes.
Yeah those are awesome. And as mentioned in another thread, their blueberry cake and Boston Cream donuts are awesome.

Just a personal preference here, but, if you're going to sell donuts, please do put them in a box single layered only.

Oh yeah. I saw that place featured on a food network or travel channel show. It looks awesome! Are you the one from Atlanta? Seems like there's a cool burger/beer joint down there called either voodoo or vortex.
It's vortex. It's not too far from where I work. The burgers are really good and they have some weird flavor combinations. @TarHeelNation11 grew up down here so he probably knows more about it than me.
First of all, I'm as Southern as they come. I drink bourbon and make fun of people that drink blended whiskey. I have tobacco in my DNA and I'm wearing seersucker as I type this. But I prefer DD. I never really got why people are so crazy for hot doughnuts. And I'm a fan of the old fashioned, cake style doughnut. It's more of a meal. And if you haven't noticed, I write "doughnut" and I don't like people that write "donut".
Lastly, I want to give a shout out to the Jolly Pirate. I know @Raising Heel knows what I'm talking about.

Oh hell yeah! I had completely forgotten about that place. We used to roll up in that joint after church on Sunday and buy a couple dozen donuts to go, most of which never made it to the house. I don't remember the name of them, but they had some very cake-y chocolate donuts that came twisted up in a log. I could go to town on those things.
