Really, what does NC St have to lose, take a flyer on him and maybe the NCAA allows him to play, if not then they are no worse off. I think they decided to roll the dice and see, I suspect they don't really know for sure, looks real Kantor like to me and even if he is allowed to play it may take the NCAA good while to sort it out before they allow him. But the NCAA has already set president with their kantor ruling and I expect this will be looked at in a similar way, key will be how much he was paid over & above reimbursement money for actual expenses.

Yeah, he's good but as we have now found out some of the above is also why Roy was high on him and also why Roy backed off. Kid is a good player but it is the mess in the background in which our University will not be involved.
