I agree that they're awful, but I highly doubt that they care at all about how people view them.

You may be right on the ACC , but I used to officiate HS ball and it was humiliating when you found out that you had blown a call. I also unlike ACC officials realize that I don't belong on a college field as an on field official.

That call was so bad, I don't see how anyone with a conscience makes it, and THEN denies a review.

I just wonder if like someone else said. That did that official start to grab for the flag thinking like he saw a foul about to happen and threw in anticipating the violation like in basketball. It possible. But what a horrible call. And there still joking about it now on the selection day show.
