A Tom Cruise fan? That explains a lot.
First, I like a few of his movies, as does nearly everyone. Second, what exactly does it explain?
Nothing, it was a joke. I'm not a fan of Cruise personally, mainly because of his antics, but obviously there's nothing wrong with liking him. I just refuse to watch any of his stuff. He's the only person in Hollywood that I boycott.
Just how he and the Scientologists have treated his ex-wives. The stuff he said about Brook Shields. Of course, there was the time he tried to eff with Matt and Trey, and I can't abide that!
Me thinks he was trying to make a gay joke and it failed miserably, like most of his posts.
That accusation has always puzzled me. He's had a string of hot looking wives. If he's suppressing it, he's doing a good job. I'm inclined to think that his religion is more of an issue than preferring men.
I didn't know that was a rumour about Cruise. I've never really understood boycotting film or music because they have different political beliefs or say stupid shit. If I did that then I'd never be able to watch movies or listen to music.

Mr. Mom is on Netflix right now, btw. I'll probably watch it soon.
Ya know what would be cool? A thread where we take turns suggesting movies for OOTB to watch.

I watched it the other night with my kids. They hadn't seen it. They liked it as much as I do. But most of all, they were pleased to finally find out the origin of a quote I use frequently around the house.
Ron Richardson: "Are you gonna make it all 220?"
Jack Butler: "Yeah, 220, 221, whatever it takes."
I guess this thread has sorta gotten off track, but seeing Mr. Mom made me think of another Michael Keaton movie that I liked. Sorry I can't remember any bar scenes in it.
