guess the NCAA had to justify UCLA being chosen despite everyone knowing it was unmerited... i feel sorry for their 2nd round (not 3rd round NCAA Ministry of Love propagandists) opponent too... they should be blown out, but NCAA will want it to be close. sad sad sad ...

I couldn't believe that call when I saw that -- the kid HAD to go up for that rebound b/c the UCLA guy was right behind him and would've had an easy put-back on that.

Terrible, Terrible call. Easily one of the worst calls I've seen in my life.

The video review rules are what needs to be "fixed". This call
was not able to be reviewed?? Are you serious. This should
definitely be a call that can be reviewed or why have the process.
All the officials were concerned with was whether it was a
three pointer or not. I didn't care who won but that is
a crazy way to lose!!

Not really sure how you can say UCLA should be blown out in their next game.

They're facing #14 seed UAB and UCLA is favored by 6 points....

That being said, I agree the NCAA has an agenda they try to make sure plays itself out every year.

Granted, excuses come about much more often than could possibly be the case for game influencing, but still.

If you think there hasn't been a single game in NCAA history that has been influenced by a particular refs agenda (or bets), or a conference/NCAA preferred outcome, then I have some ocean front property in Kansas to sell you.
