Miami trounced Dook. As Dook handled us with barely a sweat, that is more evil boding over this season, if not the program.

Dook has a large number of underclassmen, even freshmen, playing on the 2-deep. Dook 2018 could better than Dook 2017.

Can any UNC football coach who is 'owned' by Dook have the respect he needs in order to win as he should?

My answer is: not a snowball's chance in Hell.

And there was the Left Coast version of Friday Night Lights. Wazzou upset SC.

Washington St has a teeny little stadium that seats 33,500. In other words: Dook-size. Pullman, WA is in the middle of nowhere. It's not just that Seattle and Tacoma are all the way across the state and that ID is within site. It is also that Boise, ID, the only town in that state with any population, is about 300 miles away.

Pullman, WA is more isolated and out of the way than Lubbock, TX. Wazzou's facilioties are the worst in the Pac.

Yet, Mike Leach has a team that deserves a Top 10 ranking next week. Nor did Leach inherit a winner. Wazzou had 4 consecutive losing seasons before he took over. Leach, with awful facilities and location, inherited a loser and has built it into a Top 10 team.

How? Simple: Leach is a genius. I've been saying that since he was OU OC. Leach can figure out how to beat people with every advantage. His staffs always find hard-working, unheralded players, and they develop them into winning units.

UNC is a better job than Wazzou, hands down. Not even close. Mike Leach is the kind of coach we need to take on the top of the ACC and the SEC.

Agree totally. And this year would be a perfect time to get him. One would figure that just with the limitations of being at WSU, and the fact that his excellent QB will be leaving, probably means that things are at the highest point they ever will be there. A perfect time for him to leave. Going to take a big check, but you have to pay for a winner
