I'm at work watching so I'm not glued in, but we looked like the better team. We played really well.... But we made 3-4 critical mistakes down the stretch.

The biggest question between this year and next (regardless who's back) is whether we become letter in late game situations. Hopefully with age, we'll get better at that.

It was a hell of an effort tonight and it sucks because we should be still alive in this thing. That was ours to win.

We also played one of the 3 best teams in the nation and played them hard. It was a 1-point game with about a minute left to go. Nothing to be ashamed of at all.

Wisconsin didnt need to play a great game to win and thats what happened, their room for error was bigger...

Dribble penetration really hurt tonight. I think it was 46 points they scored in the second half. Still I thought UNC played very well. Nothing to hang theirs heads about. Should be proud of the effort they gave. Made me proud to be a fan of this team. Already looking forward to next year!

only 4 turnovers - NOT US
got outrebounded - NOT US
hit 62% from deep - NOT US

had a 4 minute lapse that essentially cost us the game - VERY MUCH US

hopefully we learn and come back stronger next season...

Same is right... We folded at crunch time...still not a bad loss to end the season given what we got coming back if they come back.

oh my goodness...i still haven't watched the @duke game that sjung talked about...is this how it went down?

they played pretty well tonight, minus 3-4 possessions...considering the entire landscape of this season, it was a microcosm.

if they stay together, i hope they learn to do the small thIngs.

We were up 53-46 at the under 12 TO...

Outscored 33-19 the rest of the way... 6 of those points came on somewhat prayer 3's from Paige and 2 late Joel Berry FT's. So we scored 11 points in natural action for about 10 minutes.

Paige's 3's weren't prayers at all. They were good open shots that I wished he'd shoot more of.

Tomato tomato.... They were desperation sets during desperation time.

Stupid fouls by bigs took them out of game. UNC controlled the game with their bigger line up but could not play that group in crunch time. Hard to gameplan for one style and then execute another. It is not conditioning that keeps Meeks from extended stretches it is fouls. Johnson and Hicks have been called for those hip checks all year - both those guys are mobile enough to play defense by moving their feet to stay in front of the guy.Tokoto took at least 3 shots a foot inside the line. Have to get better on defensive boards to create transition opportunities.

Especially the second one - the play got him a great look there. Kaminsky was standing near but no way he was bothering the shot. Would have been nice to see what happened if we got to run one more play down 1 with last possession, but it just wasn't to be.
