Nine isn‘t enough. Imo, we need to start 4-0 for Maye to have a chance at the Heisman.
Yes, this is a huge opening weekend, for the whole ACC, as well as UNC. Much more is at stake than whether Drake Maye can remain in the Heisman hunt. The ACC desperately needs to beat SEC teams and BT teams.
I sure hope Bubba is calling the NCAA every hour on the hour to resolve the Tez Walker appeal - this is ridiculous and completely unfair to him first, but also to the team.
I've gotten past disappointment with this program. No need to spend half of my Saturdays in the fall disappointed.
Amen. I’ve mostly weaned myself off of sports as they become increasingly toxic. I’ve spent waaaaay too many hours watching them over my lifetime. At my age, I’d rather be out doing something myself.
I will get past that disappointment only when UNC wins he ACC again and makes the Playoff. What you describe is settling for not getting it done.
