should we look at him when Roy retires? Looks like he gets 110% out of his players and that D is something to see! Just a thought
That's fine. So who is the best coach to look at, knowing Roy has just a few years left. I would much prefer a young aggressive coach than an older guy at the tail end of his career. Our coaching tree looks to be depleted now so it's outside the family we go. Someone said Hubert but he has NO experience so that's a no go. Just something to think aboutNope. He's about right for the caliber job he has I believe.
Luke Maye, I salute you sir.
No thank you.should we look at him when Roy retires? Looks like he gets 110% out of his players and that D is something to see! Just a thought
Take away his first three seasons at South Carolina and the guys got a pretty good record. Considering he was playing in the big 12 against those teams it looks to me like he be a good coach and a good fit at Carolina. defense defense defense and you have to admit he gets 110% out of his players. I think it be a good fit, just my personal opinion. There are many other good coaches of course but as a dark horse hire he looks pretty good.No thank you.
Yes we should get the best of the best, but looking 4 years down the road, who is the best choice then? We know that a couple great coaches would never leave their current team so ..... It does make one think outside the box.Absolutely not. UNC should get the best of the best and Frank Martin is not one of them.
I think he would. With our history and facilities how could SC compete? And McGuire went there on his last coaching stop so it would be a perfect payback for those games from the early 70'sMartin would not leave SC for NC.
