Can this team win 5 of those to secure 20 wins in regular season? In terms if regular season record, and ACC rtouyrnament play, and then NCAA play, what does UNC have to do for you to see the season as a success?

I think most of us at this point will have a hard times seeing realistic outcomes as a success, given where expectations started.

To me the season is salvaged if we make the tournament and none of the recruits decommit so we can keep building for next year. Success would be getting to the second weekend of the tournament, winning 60%+ of our games the rest of the way, and getting RJ and/or Bacot back for next year.

I don't think they will, but I also don't think it matters much, at this point. This thing is so far from a "redemption" as it could get. 3 losses in a row, in February, and more losses to come. It's going to be a disappointment, regardless. There's no Brady Manek on this team.

Clemson will be a toss up game. UNC has better talent, but Clemson plays as a more cohesive unit.

Think the Duke will be a toss up also. Just depends on if UNC can find themselves, and if Dukes young talent plays up to their capability.

Losses — Miami, At State, UVA

Sure wins — ND, Fla St

I've never wanted a season to be over so badly. I've never wanted to see players leave so badly. This season has been a lot of "I've never...".

a lot of us are in that boat. I had some buddies go to the game last night and left at halftime. Said they weren't the only ones either. It's just at that point where regardless of the outcome and as frustrating as losing is, the fact that we have made ZERO changes to lineups, sub patterns, offensive or defensive scheme, etc is nauseating.

Agree. Even if we caught fire and won the next 5,6 games, I'd be hesitant to buy in again. I'm frustrated with what I see as negligence from Hubert. I'm not calling for his job yet. I realize it's just year 2 and these guys weren't recruited with his system in mind and I think there are some difficult personalities in the current crop of players. But I need to see substantial changes next year. This season effectively over.

We win maybe 2 of these and even those are in jeopardy. We need a leader on the team to step and put foot to ass and fist to mouth and right the ship

Win 5 and no problem
Win 2 and probably not even a top seed in NIT
Win 3/4 and sweating on Selection Day

I told myself during preseason that this would be my last year watching sports. I gave up pro sports years ago. Just feel like it’s time to do the same with college sports too. Between buying recruits with NIL money, the Stargate, and increasingly disinterested “student athletes”, I’ve lost my enjoyment. I’ll always have 60 years of great memories. I don’t want those tarnished due to what’s going on today.
