Individual-1 can't handle being restricted, which is something that both Tillerson & Kelly have done in the past, he(45) goes by his fat gut . . it's also likely that tRump wasn't happy when he found out that Kelly was interviewed by Mueller over questions of possible obstruction of justice. Though their relationship has been in turmoil for months, Twitler is more fond of 'yes' men than those that try to guide him through more intelligent actions.

Gen. Kelly is likely relieved he is now leaving this sh!tshow that is and has long become a comical, yet, predictable, reality comedy program.
Mattis is likely the next to leave, and that on his own . . the vacuum of leadership in the WH is evident to all except the right wing sheep.
