Georgia Tech vs UNC game thread—Saturday 19 November 2022

Never would have thought the offense could have totally lost everything like this, in this game

GT owns UNC

It will be interesting to see how demoralizing this is and leaks into next week. This is an embarrassing loss.

UNC always has a "WTF was that" loss, usually several of them.

I think unc thought this game was a gimme & gt tech has punched them in the mouth ... awful preparation for this game ... should give them all preparation H after this game

Hard to blame the coaches for dropped passes, 5 QB sacks. time of possession, awful penalties, and no stops on third down
Well, the GT DL in the backfield all game long means the staff either did not know enough about the GT DL or else simply was outcoached in that area of the game.

GT RBs and QBs seem to push forward a bit every time they are wrapped up by a defender.

Go back and read about all the hype. Heisman, CFP, tech sucks and so on they bought into it all

Ball game, D sucks .. Clemson will beat this team by 20 + easy ... Hopefully we can beat wulfpeckers next week

Another play in which GT ball carrier simply pushed forward after contact by 3 UNC players to get the 1st down.

That is better heart and better fundamentals by GT players.

And that is on the UNC coaching staff.

And, POOF... it's all gone.

No Heisman trip, no CFP, and... this is so demoralizing, it could just as easily affect them going forward and get in their head

I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger on ACCCG tickets. That beating is going to be painful to watch.

No excuse...

I still cannot believe Josh Downs dropped that TD pass

luck finally ran out
