I would love for vanilla whip&trip to do something to get him suspended a coupe games. But I'd settle for a loss today to put them basically out of the acc picture and on outside edge of top 16-18 ranking.

Actually Pitt is exploiting dook's lack of a true 4. Getting a lot of nice entries from the top by their 4-man (who has the advatage of being a stretch guy), and also back cuts from their guards.

Wonder if about a 20 point loss to an unranked team will be seen as a "quality loss". I haven't watched any of this game, but is Dook nearly as up / intense against Pitt, as they were against us? Maybe we just don't have the physical style of play unfortunately that gets rewarded and can exploit Duke's weakness. That being said, when Brice and Hicks do play physical, they get the auto whistle whenever they are in the neighborhood, let alone whether they make contact.
Pitt might beat Duke by 20. We embarrassed Pitt in DES. But somehow Duke got up enough, or we played dumb / soft enough to lose to Duke at home. I get that they get up more for us than for all other teams combined, but that loss is just a huge hard loss to swallow, unless we find a way to take care of business all this coming week.

what did he get T'd up for? I'd like it if Roy got T'd up, up by about 20, if it was about letting some key guy linger with four fouls forever, regardless of future fouls committed (Plumlee, Ingram).
It seems at some point the officials need to be told to do their job, and not cower to Rat and his small band of on court softies and cheap tricksters.

Pitt owns the boards, 39-20 and had 20 assists to dook's 10. Pitt shot 16 FT's to d00k's 15. If we get that kind of foul equality, I like our chances. Fat chance of that on Senior day though.

Interesting that UNC will be the road opponent for the last two game days of the season. Can't recall a team having to do that before.
The fact that they're douche bags doesn't negate the fact that they have two 2016 lottery picks on their team. Or the fact that the LOM, despite being a douche bag, is one of the best game coaches in the country.
