Good read. I especially like the last question and answer.

'Q: What's unique about how (defensive line) Coach (Tim) Cross coaches you guys?

TF: He has a lot of energy and he makes sure we get every little detail correct. He watches everything. He'll notice every little thing. Even if you think you had a good rep, he'll find something you need to improve on, which is good for us.'

Tim Cross accepts nothing as good enough - you made a good play, you keep working to get it even better.

The more I read about the new staff, the more impressed I am. And the players seem to appreciate the opportunity to have a fresh start and be a part of building something new and exciting. I'm as excited about Carolina football as I've been in several years.
