And just as when a program has that sense of being on the rise recruits are drawn to it, when the HS coaches in the state are impressed with the flagship's program, that good feeling starts to leak over into neighboring states, and then into other states that are in the conference's footprint.
Building relationships was always one of Mack’s biggest strengths. Seems it still is. He’s just a likable guy who’s enthusiasm is contagious.
