Thank u for sharing this link. I was actually just about to share it myself. What a tragic event, my prayers go out to that family. Joel probably never would've realized that his play and in this case his presence could really impact someone in a such a big way. I think JB's line right here summed it up perfectly, "You're always on that scope, and this was a reminder that it's so much bigger than what we do on the court. It's about the impact we have on people outside of basketball." I love the way that he was so humbled by this experience, it just goes to show how great of a kid he really is and one who I am very glad represents our beloved Heels.
