I think GT made the wrong move at least now, unless they already have someone bagged & tagged that will make a splash. Gregory was a solid coach for them, their results didn't exactly reflect it but I felt they began to come on this season. Point being for the talent he had Gregory did a solid job, he just didn't have the talent to compete with.

They could find him hard to replace because that GT job is not a great one for an established coach, it is a great opportunity for a young coach to break in to the big time and it is in a talent hot bed if you can get them. But a young coach is going to struggle getting the talent and a more established coach may not like how the demand for a winner weighs against a team that has been buried in or near the ACC celler for many years.
