So as not to hijack the Facebook thread any further:
They have an extensive discography. Most my knowledge gravitates around their commercial success: the Voices / Private Eyes / H20 / Big Bang Boom era. I have Abandoned Luncheonette on vinyl and played the Rock 'n Soul cassette until the tape self-destructed (recently re-purchased on iTunes). You're right about hidden gems. I was secretly hoping for something like Your Imagination last night but knew it wouldn't happen.
Here's the set list for Charlotte. Can't miss. First encore was Rich Girl and You Make My Dreams. Second encore was Kiss on My List and Private Eyes. Rich Girl had the house rocking but You've Lost That Loving Feeling was probably the biggest sing-a-long.
I genuinely like their music, too. They were at the height of their popularity when I first started receiving formal music instruction as a kid, so it was cool to be able to pick out their vocal harmonies. John Oates probably doesn't get enough credit for the backing vocal parts that only made the melodies that much more memorable. They're a top 5er of all time for me. Of course I love them for the nostalgic value but I genuinely like their music. Speaking of the set list, it's funny but over the past 10 years I've really come to like a lot of the lesser known stuff. I mean, Maneater, Private Eyes and I Can't Go For That are all tight. But I've found some hidden gems in their catalog.
