I think that's just Hillary's stance - that she disagrees with “You’re gonna make the same if you do as good a job.” Either she doesn't think women are capable of doing as good a job, or that she thinks that they should make the same regardless of whether they do as good a job or not.

I would think that women would find this stance to be extremely offensive and insulting. Surely she doesn't believe that, does she?

Maybe she thinks women are too stupid to realize that she's really being extremely offensive and insulting to them - and figures they'll just go along with her cuz she's a woman.
