At least I think so.
The fall of Carolina basketball in the last several years has been multi factorial. We all underestimate how badly the NCAA stuff hurt with recruiting. It was hard to get 5 stars on campus. It doesn’t take long for a team to fall out of favor with top players (and I don’t think the UNC indulges the payola set ups that Dook does). Then it is the kids today. They are spoiled. Things are supposed to fun, easy, all the time. Roy couldn’t deal with that and thought someone else would better function in today’s basketball world.
I’m glad I had a dinner reservation during the second half last night. The first half was embarrassing.
