Heels 3-point shooting (last 3 games)

I know I got some grief from posters, that I was using too small a sample size, in saying the Heels were getting back their 3 point shooting touch 44%, based on two games. My point was that no amount of good shooting the rest of the way is going to compensate / overcome the rough stretch in the last few games in the ACC.

But now we have a 3-game stretch, with the stats updated below. I think this 3 game stretch is a more indicative of what they CAN do, vs. their rough "funk" especially when Marcus and JJ were in super slumps.

Marcus alone: 9/17 57%
Marcus / JJ / Nate/ Berry: 18/37 49%

I'll wait for the people to finish eating the crow; on the amount they called out Marcus and JJ specifically as terrible, regressing, overhyped, shouldn't be on the court. Cue the crickets.

Fans always overreact, we have some that are notorious for it. TBS, I am thrilled to see our perimeter shots dropping more frequently recently. I certainly don't think they'll continue to fall at the rate they have in the last three games, but they don't have to. If we shoot decently from outside, we'll be fine.

Everything looks a lot better when shots are falling.
