Heels put out two big offers tonight

Two big offers go out from North Carolina tonight.

2018's Rechon Black a 6-foot-6 do-it-all guard from Concord who is averaging a triple double on the season. A guy that I think I've been much higher on than most other national analysts.

Then almost immediately after that offer went out, the Heels offered 2017 center Jeremiah Tilmon a five-star center. He's a native of East St. Louis who attends school in Indiana.
