North Carolina was ranked No. 17 in the second college football playoff poll released Tuesday evening. The Tar Heels moved up four spots after being ranked No. 21 last week.
The Tar Heels, who are Nos. 13 & 15 in the Coaches’ and AP polls, respectively, finish the season at Duke on Thursday night before having home games versus The Citadel on Nov. 19 and N.C. State the day after Thanksgiving.
