In the last four years NC State has signed
2013 - 27; 2014 - 32; 2015 - 22; 2016 - 27 - that is a total of 108 in 4 years, an average of
27 signed a year. I have not checked to see if these numbers per yr. actually enrolled, not exactly
sure how to do that.
