"Bacon, bacon."

I saw this yesterday and thought . . 'wait until Coolwater sees this' . . . and the fact that it is Li'l Caesars pizza makes it even more inviting, as I think they have some pretty good 'za.

My son is another that will get a pizza with nothing but bacon on it for a topping. He would kill for that pizza . . . . LOL

I'm intrigued.

So, question about bacon on pizza. How do you like yours? A little undercooked and chewy? Well done and crunchy?

I like crunchy bacon on a pizza but Papa John's bacon is fatty and chewy. It's disgusting and ruins the whole pizza IMO.

Well done and crunchy, of course.

I ordered an XLG pizza last night for my son and I from PJ's . . . his half was bacon, mine was pepperoni and green pepper. I have them cook the pizza 'well done' so that avoids the fatty and chewy condition.

Excuse me, but y'all do realize that there is an on going war against cholesterol, right.lol

I saw it, but I can't eat that thing. If this came out about eight years ago when I was still in college with a beastly metabolism, I'd be all over it, but nearly 500 calories per slice? If I got a hold of one, I'd have to eat about five of them, and I can't do a 2500 calorie meal as much as I want to.

Who are you........and what have you done with the real coolwater...?

And why are any of you ordering from Papa John's? I guess you enjoy giving all your money away. Domino's tastes better and is way cheaper.

My son likes Domino's . . . I prefer the taste of PJ's, and they're shop is right up the street and around the corner.

Being within pizza delivery range is one of the only items I can put in my "con" category when filling out my pro/con T-chart about the +'s/-'s of moving to the country and out of the 'burbs when I get enough money.

I love all the major pizza chains. I like them all for difference reasons. I like Dominos soft gooey crust and the garlic flavor they brush on it. They have good sausage too. Pizza Hut has more of a bold flavor that I like. I like both their thin and, of course, pan crusts. Papa Johns tastes more fresh to me, especially their veggies, so when I'm looking for a pizza with a nice mix of meat and veggies, I go to Papa Johns and the garlic dipping sauce.
