Hillary gets our Iranian spy/asset killed

If you think a country that elected Obama 2x and now gives him a 50+ approval rating has the intelligence to care then you unfortunately will be as or more disappointed than I.

You can argue she as just sloppy. Bet she actually got paid. Would love to see her declared an enemy combatant, told to spill the beans on her sordid network, all of it and everyone involved, and if she refuses, sent to a Guantanamo or a rendition site to be waterboarded.

You know, if you wouldn't go so far out there with your opinions, the facts you present would get better recognition and discussion.

I doubt it. If you remain in the old paradigm of what are acceptable facts and so reasonable truth, you will be stuck in the big lie.

Why shouldn't a dangerous traitor with access to major national secrets and intel be treated exactly like what she is? We already saw she and her husband leap-frog China's military via bribery, treason and espionage, and if you don't believe that, go back and look. They advanced their military 15-20 years in 5-8 years so that now instead of their satellite launches blowing up, they have advanced MIRVs, ICBMs, the ability to take out our carriers, the technology to neutralize our stealth tech and pretty much the crown jewels of military secrets (at least the ones we know of), all courtesy of these traitors.

The Clintons enabled China to condense 20 years of work into 5-8 years and save hundreds of billions of dollars in R&D. They sold us out, and our allies like Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, and Taiwan and of course others not so allied like Vietnam.

Yep, just another case of gross negligence/incompetence by Hillary. Another violation of national security that will be swept under the rug. Like her husband, she's made of teflon. The media will simply repeat their mantra of "no story here, move on."

Except I don't really buy it was gross negligence. More likely she found a way to burn spies for profit and excuse it saying it was just being sloppy.

She's a murderer and a traitor as far as I am concerned.

because the battle of bringing Hillary up on charges of treason is completely unwinnable even if absolutely true.

I don't fight unwinnable battles and don't pay any attention to those who do.

And I say this as someone who loathes Hillary.

I agree, but I don't think it was done for profit. I think she was just that freakin' negligent and incompetent. Regardless, she'll skate away like always. I think the woman could almost shoot someone on national TV and get away with it. I have zero faith that she will ever be convicted of any of her myriad transgressions. We were going to have our first minority POTUS 8 years ago and we're by God going to break the glass ceiling and have our first female POTUS. Period, end of sentence. The media is going to make sure this comes to pass.

Let's hope not.

Depends on how you do the battle. This is totally winnable and easily so. You just have to have a president willing to do it.

If we have a different president who is so inclined, you arrest her without announcement. Then you tell her we can make a deal. If no, you already have the planes ready and whisk off for say, waterboarding, and extract the intel you need to go after all the traitors and end this. We're talking a 24 hour period.

That's winnable. Don't play by their rules. Get the intel, hopefully having gathered most of it beforehand but doing this to obtain more and maybe confirm, and then you while you are arresting the rest, quite likely a large number including some Republicans, you have the data to go public and show the American people exactly what is happening.

Make sure you include some big media folks in these arrests or as detainees as well so they understand. Everyone in this camp of treason will be dealt with from a range of felony conviction with probation to the death penalty and maybe even some carted off for rendition and extraction.

Treat it like the national security crisis it is, and then you win. You hold nothing back. You expose it all. You wake up the public.

Good luck.

Good luck.

Look, I realize this can only happen with a president with the balls to do it, but he can absolutely win on this if he wants. Speed is important.

You don't let the media and public know and you gain the most intel within 24 hours and then move quickly on the rest. By the time it's public, you have enough information to share with the public that they are ready to storm any media outlet that questions you.

You have to play hardball here.

No president is going to spend any political capital on this- there is not one politician alive who would pursue treason charges against an opponent he/she just beat.

I am done with this tin foil hat thread. In the future, if you want me to join in your Hillary is awful threads, you will need to be slightly more sane.

You do not understand the times we live in. Under previous circumstances, a guy like Trump couldn't sniff the presidency. The old rules are out.

Will you do me a favor though and the next time you see your guy, pick up an eighth for me? Im good for it and that dude must have some good stuff.

How so? We don't have a legit Constitutional government, but the one we have has fully authorized the president of the United States to indefinitely detain, kill or declare someone an enemy combatant and strip them of all rights whatsoever, have them sent somewhere for torture or do whatever he likes. It's completely legal and Constitutional if you define Constitutional as legal and accepted by the courts as constitutional.

Personally, i don't but that's the law.

That's current law which was pushed by Obama and Hillary. If we are going to get back to the Constitution, we may have to use the rules as they wrote them and utilize them to clean out the corruption.

Maybe afterwards, Congress will pass some laws removing those authorities and courts will learn to uphold the Constitution. But regardless, this is a major national security issue.

Well, about half of the bill of rights would be violated by doing something like that. If you think a president has the power to do that to an American citizen, then there is really no point in debating this with you. You're way off the reservation with this one.

Sure, and they are being violated right now and doing all of this is perfectly legal and ruled Constitutional by our government.

So what do you do? Use the means the enemies of the Constitution have created and made legal against them. Get rid of their treason and influence, and maybe then we can return the laws and government to Constitutional norms.

Actually President Thomas Jefferson pretty much did this same thing to Aaron Burr. The courts righted the wrong though.

Yep, glad there was a court that was willing to do that. Their presidential election had to be the weirdest election in history. I hear Burr wasn't a big fan of Hamilton either.

It was the other way around. Hamilton had a hard on for Burr for some time and constantly disparaged him. He basically forced Burr into challenging him to a duel. "Burr, Hamilton, and Jefferson A Study In Character" is a great read and very informative on the expansion of the U.S.

Yeah, I was just trying to slip a joke in there.
