I really don't want to go to this thing tonight. I'm really only doing it for my parents. I'm the first one in my family line to get a degree. Hopefully, it isn't too painful. Luckily it's only about an hour and a half.

I got a little too banged up the night before my graduation from UNC and missed the campus-wide thing in Kenan. Barely made it to the B-school on time to actually do the walk and get my diploma.
Pretty funny because my parents have a picture of the sea of Carolina Blue caps/gowns in Kenan hanging in their house. My mom always says "You're in there somewhere!".... I've never had the heart to tell her I wasn't, haha.

I wish I could get lit up, but a) I have to drive there and back, and b) I blew up my upper GI tract over the summer and almost bled to death. So, no more drinking for this guy. I guess it's on to coke.

They aren't sure what happened. They said it could have been an ulcer that they missed, or they said it could have been something called Varices(sp?), which basically means one of my arteries exploded, or something like that, causing me to start to internally bleed out. They say that drinking can be a trigger for that, so I just stopped drinking.
