Interesting article and I like the ideas that she has put forth/implemented, but it doesn't fix the biggest problem on campuses nation wide. That would be the professors attitudes. Far too many of them have an elitist attitude and often do not allow, or at least discourage, honest debate. When you limit discourse you limit new ideas and possible solutions to problems that exist. I'm not sure exactly how you could change this since it is more of a personality issue, but getting rid of tenure would be a good start.
