I don't think it's that bad of an idea, actually. I'm not a mushroom guy, so I wouldn't touch it, but I can see the appeal. Just ditch the egg-free mayo & BBQ sauce blend (WTF?) and cucumbers and just go with BBQ sauce and onion.
