It seems this Hurricane has a mind of its own now. It is creating its own conditions and it has the ability to spurn other hurricanes, that it had last year. It's that leadership to break and set records. He knows now he can change the climate, even during the calm, its causing mass destruction. A controlled storm setting records in its path causing more hurricanes. Now these Hurricanes are giving themselves names. They don't need the National Weather Service to do it?
