"Speech Permit Policy" - are you f'ing kidding me?! You'd think they could have thought of a better name for it than that, which directly sounds like something inhibiting Free Speech. Usually these ultra-libs think of craftier names for things such as this so you don't really know that its taking away a First Amendment right, until you read into the details more. "Expression Allowance Policy" or something would have been more along the lines of what I expected.
