I'm still bugged by the fact that it is well known the dook admin knew what he did (including K rat) for around 10 months without doing anything about it and now all of a sudden it's completely disappeared. I haven't heard one thing about it in months. K obviously tried to cover his own butt by know kicking Sulaimon off the team once it went public. Reason #5278620 to hate dook.

Not from Duke's record. But if K is found to have covered up some sort of sexual assault or rape and then try to sweep it under the rug in the same season he wins a championship, could you hear an argument to remove it from his personal record? (which in the end is all he really cares about anyways...case in point the whole back issue and petition to remove losses from resume)

I'm in no way suggesting he did anything wrong as I don't know much of the story, but have heard that is a possibility so figured I'd take the bait and bring it up for discussion.

Don't think anything should be vacated but I find it interesting at the least when "issues" happen at dook it gets forgotten about quick like whether right or wrong .. But "everybody hates dook"'right

What should it be like? Should we Penn State him before we find out whether he knew or not? There is an investigation, bu now I'm sure the NCAA has a small village near OUR campuses.

Sheed's lawyer made a statement. There was an investigation by the University. According to federal law the University couldn't comment, but his lawyer could. The allegations had nothing to do with his dismissal. His basketball future is over, but he will get a degree from Duke. He should do ok.

I take no joy in the situation this young man is in, regardless of my love for UNC. I hope he is able to get his life back in order to be honest. He has learned a really hard life lesson in all of this.

Or as funny as Dookies so bored that they live on a UNC board defending their beloved angelic school that has never done a darned thing wrong. Here's an interesting poll, how many dook fans do you know that actually went to dook or has family that went there? Not many if any at all....
I worked with this guy a few years back and his teams were as follows: Dook in basketball, Miami in football, the Patriots, the Giants, and any team LeBron played for.
