Define "recruit other states". Do you want Heckendorf spending all his time in Kansas just because we got Jace Ruder from there?

In other states/regions it is more about individual kids, rather than the region or state. So more about one kid popping up on the radar at a camp or something rather than our coaches scouring and building relationships with the high schools, etc. Ekeler is recruiting a 2019 linebacker from bama, but he isn't going to start taking time away from GA, FL, southwest NC to bond with hs coaches and 10-grade kids all over the state of alabama, instead he'll do that in the regions he's been assigned.

We're also recruiting John Emery from Louisiana, but that doesn't mean we're going to start spending as much time in Louisiana if it means stealing precious time from the more impactful states/regions on the map.
