I just dont understand how time after time after time we're caught off guard by the most predictable of methods of attack. This has got to be demoralizing to the troops and families. In these days of social media being so instrumental in terrorists' strategy how the crap did we not take steps to secure that account. Who the crap is in charge of this stuff.
