I assume your thinking UNC in 4 years but first off, I hope Roy is around for longer than that. Secondly, let's see how Jerod does at a power 5 school. I wish him the best and if he does have success then I have no problem with him replacing Roy in about 7 years.

What's this, you mean he needs time to learn and see what he can do in a power 5 league as a HEAD coach, before taking over the biggest and best program in the nation?

According to some you can pull someone out of a ESPN booth and let him be an assistant for 7 to 10 years and he will be ready how is this possible?
