So apparently there was a brief mention on his official site, bobdylan.com, where on one page he was referred to as "Winner of the Nobel Prize in literature."

Maybe not. It seems there's a stipulation that he would have to give a lecture on literature (or maybe a concert would qualify) within six months in order to receive the monetary prize. I would not be the least bit surprised to see Dylan blow that off. But who knows.
