I'm surprised by it. He looked so bad down the stretch.Originally posted by dadika13:
Big blow to UVA and what looked like a top 3 team next season. I'd lower them a few spots if I were ranking today.
He's going. Meeting with agents this week. His stock would drop significantly next year and he's already behind the 8-ball with his smallish stature. He has to go.Originally posted by HeelFan58:
now if Tyus Jones would just go.
Agree, and glad he's going!Originally posted by gunslingerdick:

Now, if he'll just pack up Matt Jones and take him along, I could be real happy . .Originally posted by Tigertown@Rick:

Definitely saps an offensive weapon from a team that could at times be offensively challenged.Originally posted by dadika13:

Anderson is the more draftable of the two because of his athleticism. But I think Brogdon might have a longer and more productive NBA career. He's so intelligent that he'll find a way to stick in the league for 10+ years. Kind of Shane Battier like.Originally posted by gary-7:

Funny, had a HS friend who is a UVA alum tell me at mid-season he thought Anderson was more likely than Brogdon to leave early, turns out he was right. Brogdon is a top-flight student, so it was no huge surprise when he announced back in March he was staying... but when Anderson started heating up early for the cavs I guess the talk up there was already starting.
Couldn't have said it better, dick, on all counts. Down here in ATL I've heard nothing but good things about him going back to his recruitment.Originally posted by gunslingerdick:

He's such a well rounded young man. I like him so much I wish we had recruited him.
Might as well take Grayson also.Originally posted by BillyL:

Heard a rumor that Jones may be shopping agents as well . . . anyone else hearing the same . . ?
Yep. Nothing makes you more vulnerable to upsets than that boring ass walk the ball up the court-1920's-race to 50 style they playOriginally posted by ethanga62890:
they also run a system that causes them to flame out in the tourney until proven otherwise
Definitely surprised by this one! On all of UVa's roster, I thought that Brogden would've been the one more likely to leave. I guess Anderson got the "Kendall Marshall" bug in that he went before he should've because of an injury.Originally posted by dadika13:
