So Kelly left being HC at a new BT member to become OC at the most powerful BT football member. Is that just Kelly making a move he thinks best for him to become HC in the NFL or for a major CFB power? Or is the move one that marks the huge gulf between a small number of P2 programs nd the rest of the P2 programs?
