Lake Tahoma dam in 'imminent danger' of failing; evacuations ordered

Lake Tahoma is north of I-40 between Hickory and Asheville. McDowell County Emergency Management reports water is spilling around the sides of the dam. Yikes. Be safe, everyone.

I-40 has 2 of it's 3 westbound lanes blocked . . due to a couple of landslides.
