sad news, what a great Tar Heel ! i read his biography, excellent book, I think I'll re-read it. his stats and achievements don't tell the whole story, his style of play and passion for the game were remarkable. one stat that really stands out for me though is the single game scoring record in the ABA, when you look at how many all-time great players were in that league.
Great player. I also read his book. Interesting life.
Was on my friends listing on FB. Great player and a fine person indeed...
