What does your program look like? I'm not saying how much you win. I'm saying what do you do?
Any specific coaches you target as assistants/coordinators? What areas do you heavily recruit? What do you do unique to sell the program to recruits with camps, junior days, etc? What offensive system and defensive formations do you employ? How do you recruit to those systems? If you can handle OOC scheduling, what does that look like?
