I confess. I always enjoy perusing Rupp Rafters after a UK loss, particularly following a thorough butt-whipping as was administered by LSU last night. It’s fun to see the kissing cousins attack their coach, their team and each other. It’s cannibalism at its best. And best of all … it’s free entertainment!

UK is in trouble, but they're still dangerous no matter what in any game.

UK possesses more NBA level talent than 99% of D1 schools, just like they have every year Cal has been there. Only dook, KU, and Arizona have been in the same ballpark talentwise in recent years. They should win 30 games a year on that alone. Cal isn't àn idiot. They'll be a force to be reckoned with as the season progresses.

If you ask them, their team is close to talentless. What I don't get is that their fans constantly said that Dean basically did not win enough based on the talent he had but......

UK has had Cousins, Wall, Jones, Knight, Bledsoe, Wall, Davis, MKG, KAT, Booker, WCS, Noel, Randle, Patterson, Lyles, Young, Lamb, Teague, Goodwin, Orton....even Poythress and the Harrison twins were top 5 recruits. There are others as well but all that NBA and 5 star talent and it took the top two picks in the draft, one a transcendent talent and an injured UNC to get them a title.....they should have a couple more titles with all that talent and I don't see how debatable that is.
