Looking ahead at the match up, I think and important thing to track leading up to the game is the health of Robert Johnson and Juwan Morgan.
Johnson had a high ankle sprain and missed a few games before the Kentucky game. He tweaked it again in the second half and wasn't able to return.
Morgan dislocated his shoulder in the second half of the same game and was not able to return.
Tom Crean has said that he expects both to be ready by the UNC game. Indiana has several interchangeable forwards if Morgan were to miss but if Johnson were to sit out that could have a big impact. Indiana is already short on guards with Blackmon out for the season with a knee injury.
In the event that Johnson cannot play, Indiana would be down to Yogi Ferrell, Max Beilfeldt, freshman Harrison Niego (4.5 minutes per game this season) and freshman Quentin Taylor (1.1 minutes per game this season).
The expectation is that Johnson will play but we all know high ankle sprains can be an injury that lingers.
