Louisville looked good today. They beat Mississippi State in the Music City Bowl. I'm glad that UNC plays them only every seventh year

Huge 1 year turn around by Satterfield. Cards fans have to be thrilled that Brohm turned down his alma mater.

I agree, great job by both staffs. In a couple of years, maybe as soon as 2020, Clemson will begin to actually have a little competition in the Atlantic Division.
I don’t think there’s any doubt about that. Norvell will avail himself of all that talent FSU routinely brings in.
And a rebuilt FSU in the same division with Clemson and a well-coached Louisville means that a rebuilt UNC is positioned to be top dog in the weaker division.
They are certainly in a position to challenge UVA for that spot, and as early as next year. The Coastal is there for the taking. Don't know if any of their juniors are leaving but they have 4 seniors and 4 juniors on their offensive first team depth chart; and 3 seniors and 5 juniors on their defensive first team depth chart. So they will be losing at least 4 starters on offense(including 3 of 4 receivers and their QB), and 3 on defense.
I would think that implies taking a step backwards offensively.
