Lauren should be pleased because I had not found this yet, and I think it is a good article.

This age group has even less sense of history, recent and less than recent history, than did the college aged some 25 years ago, who definitely had less than did those of c. 1970.

And I mean that down to specific areas of interest, like this one, of college football players not knowing recent CFB history.
