That's really funny @thaUNCshow, my first thought reading this was that the FBI had gotten to him and then I was looking for a follow up tweet of k and capel being charged too. That would've definitely made my Sunday. GT beating dook would most definitely do the job too.
I do hope the kid is okay, he is one heck of a player and has a bright future, also I wouldn't want to see anything jeopardize us from being able to beat dook with him on the floor again.

Didn't he go to 3 high schools and then complete a yrs worth of high school in 6 weeks of summer school and get cleared by the NCAA to play over the labor day holiday ? The same NCAA that took yrs to investigate UNC moved very quickly to approve this kid to play at dook.
Frank, the same exact thought was first one that came to my mind when I saw the thread title. I started to post but didn't. Glad to know I wasn't the only one who thought that.
In other news, read elsewhere his injury came early in the game and Kay continued to play him anyway. I don't know if that is true but definitely wouldn't put it past Kay.
It was actually 4 weeks of summer school to complete a year of high school coursework. Sounds legit.
We have not seen the last of Duke's "Skip A Grade No Questions Asked Correspondence Course". Has not failed yet.
Its not even that he went to 3 high schools, its that in 3 years he somehow graduated from a CALIFORNIA high school despite previously going to high school in ARIZONA which has much lower standards for graduating. I live in Arizona and we have tons of people moving to California and tons of people moving here from California and Ive never seen all of their previous credits fully transferring over. Especially not someone who spends his entire summers in a different city/state/country every week on the AAU circuit and not in a classroom

I wonder if his knee was bothering him enough to explain why Duke did little to feed him in the 2nd half. When the game began I felt we had no answer for him down low but as the game wore on I think he was less of a threat, mostly because he didn't get the ball as a dominant big man should have.
Speaking of bench -
Is Duval in Ks doghouse ? I know he was in foul trouble against us and eventually fouled out.

That's exactly what it was. Bagley might be dinged up but 90% of the decision to not play him was to get Allen going. I can assure you if that game had been against a contender, Bagley would have played. Allen is lost and K was trying to help him find his mojo. And Allen kind of did. He didn't shoot well, but he was engaged and aggressive - he's been neither throughout 2018. But I'm not sure anything long term was accomplished. Bagley of course will be back and the team (Allen included), will go back to watching Bagley do his thing.
Yep Bagley stealing some of Allen thunder and he is having issues with it. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds
Like I said before the season; you bring in superstars you better hope the role players KNOW they are role players! Ted Cruz doesn't seem like the VP type to me!
